STORY OF RISE AND FALL OF EURO IN LAST TWO YEARS

Euro is facing major flotation in market during the last two years. From the start of previous recession Euro is not getting stable at all. In this regard I have analyze the reports of some good experts I detected a pattern of big vernation in the market price of Euro. In this article I am going to elaborate this trend and also try to give the reasons for this fluctuation. However all the analysis and its reasons are totally under my vision anyone can contradict these analysis and present his own theory which can be against my point

Here is the story. In the last quarter of 2010 an economic recession hit the world and shakes the economies of the world. During this recession the economies of most of the countries bear the great loss and still facing problems for gaining the strength. This slum hit the Europe more adversely and a wave of uneasiness among the people of European countries citizen arises which appear in the civil disobedience in different European countries. Especially in Britain a sever wave of disobedience and processions burst out which not only make big financial lose in the country but also make the government to think about the sudden remedy for solving the problem. Actually due to economic recession many big companies have to face great financial problem. In response they started downsizing. In the result a very big number of people become unemployed. This alarming number of unemployment make the people’s mind to get what they not have and it results out in from of war between haves and not have.

Due to unemployment people could not pay their installments of mortgage loan of their houses and in the result they become deprived of their houses. This factor makes them ready to violate the civil rules. As a whole a big wave of uneasiness spread in the people. Due to these factors Euro have to face a great down in its strength and its consistency in its value. However due to proper and timely rapid steps of government of European counties handle the economic recession which make the relatively strong in those days.

Talking in view this upward move of Euro in market investors get attracted toward Euro and they start making investment in it. This factor also makes the Euro stronger and it reaches its better position in the market. But in reality this was just window-dressing and after few months of good position Euro starts falling again. This was due to the natural factors and due to the removal of artificial support to the Euro by the rich European countries like Germany, Britain, France etc. After that a demand of bailout schemes start rising to support the economies of various European countries like Spain, Greece, Portugal etc. the reason was extra burden of debts on these economies. This factor drops the Euro badly and it reaches the lowest level of this year. In March 2012 Euro have to face the lowest level of its market value. However after that Euro gain strength and start rising due to release of bailout funds by the European Union and IMF.

Once again investor start thinking it is the boom period for Euro and they put their money in purchasing Euro stocks. This trend rise the Euro to the highest level of this year but it was again temporary and after a week or two, Euro starts falling badly. In the end Euro has lost its faith in the minds of investors and now investor are very careful in making investment in Euro.Now majority of the investors are moving the towards the commodities stock because these stock are now becoming the best alternative for investing. In my opinion there are two big reasons which led the central bank of china to take such step. One is ongoing economic recession and the second is extra-large expenses on the development of infrastructure in the country.

The slowdown of sales in market is being observed world vide. It is due to the pullover trend of the customers in the world.
